We will confirm with you by telephone or email, which date or dates requested are available, and advise the date we need to receive your deposit to "Lock in" your trip. Upon our receipt of the appropriate deposit or prepayment, on or before the deadline date, we will confirm with you, your booking date and time. Your tentative reservation will automatically cancel, and the date and time will again be available to other interested clients if the deposit is not received on or before the deadline date, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance.
We can answer any questions you have about scheduling. We are willing to work with you if we reasonably can, to help you get the reservation you want.
